“SPARTAN DODGEBALL”

(2 teams) There are 5 dodge balls each a different color: Green, Red, Yellow, Purple, and Blue. If you are hit, you go to the side and perform the movement that coincides with the ball color you were hit with. Likewise, if you catch the ball that someone attempts to hit you with, they go to the side and perform the movement. Once you’ve completed all of your reps, you may re-enter the game. Game length- 30 minutes (two 15 min halfs)

Green= 10 Squats

Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.
