    OOooh my booty is sore! Nice one. Jaimee, Lawrence, and Master Diaz, thanks for the help working on kicking over into the handstand position. I busted my butt (or head…) but I will get there! I’m sporting a fantastic battle wound on my shoulder blade which I wear proudly!

    Really enjoyed the workout, every little bit helps me get better for the next WOD. I have soem to a point in my workouts where I can do more Kipping Pullups with ease. Thanks KOS and Master Jess for helping me get closer to my goals. Long Live Sparta
