    I have to say another great workout thanks KOS and gang. Hitting the same workout two days in a row really makes you want to push it, to go faster than you did the day before. Awesomeness, “Consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters when you face trails of many kinds…” you can expect to face a few trails at Sparta. thanks for helping me get closer to my goals today, I was able to do 10 kipping pull-ups in a row today.

    Thanks Master Jess…I miss the Spartan Family, and hope everyone is doing well…and I want to wish all the crossfighters good luck on testing Saturday (not that you need it).

    Great WOD….I missed yesterday so I was glad that it was Groundhogs Day and I got a chance to do it…

    Loved the intensity of the Crossfight class tonight…also getting a chance to work on some flexibility and grappling…Nice to get this in as we prepare to test…I know everyone will do well!!!

    I loved Groundhogs Day….this year! I think last years was one that Jess made up and and it was ROUGH! :)

    My legs and arms are killing me! Love it!

    That was great — I totally forgot about Groundhog’s Day. I wondered why so many people were missing from our class!

    ONE SECOND SLOWER THAN YESTERDAY?!?!?!?! Oh well, at least I’m consistent haha, I’ll take it!

    Great job on the second time around, I saw some people improved, and if not were right around the same time. Way to push through all the lunges, just think how much worse it could have been, we could have done iron legs!

    Great job Jess for getting me by a few seconds! Im pretty sure you smoked me on the lunges :)

    yesterday was great. loved the pace of crossfight and the new drills. i will def be practicing those at home! my hips were going crazy with charlie horses doing the hands and knees style of back kicks. cant wait for testing!!! see everyone tonight!
