CROSSFIT MAY CALL ON AN ATHLETE TO RUN, ROW, CLIMB ROPES, JUMP UP ON BOXES, FLIP GIANT TIRES, SQUAT & THROW MEDICINE BALLS ON WALLS, AND CARRY ODD OBJECTS. ALTHOUGH THE WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED WITH MILITARY SPECIAL FORCES CANDIDATES, TRIATHLETES, AND MARTIAL ARTISTS IN MIND, THEY ARE SCALABLE TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS SO YOU CAN BRING YOUR MOTHER, FATHER, BROTHER, SISTER, AUNT, OR GRANNY!
