Sparta’s Fitness program is a strength and conditioning system built on varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity. We use calisthenic exercises as well as free weights. We may call on our students to run, jump up on boxes, flip giant tires, squat & throw medicine balls on walls, and carry odd objects. Although the workouts are designed with military, law enforcement, combat athletes, and martial artists in mind, they are scalable to all fitness levels so you can bring your mother, father, brother, sister, aunt, or granny!
